Welcome to Camino Collective

Youth Support for Neurodiversity, Intellectual Disability & Developmental Needs | Christchurch, NZ

An adult and a child walking hand in hand on a trail in a mountain landscape. The adult is wearing a green jacket and blue jeans, and the child is wearing an orange jacket with headphones, white shirt, and green pants. There are mountains, trees, and birds in the background.

Dignity, Partnership, Reliability.

The word Camino means “path” or “journey,” reflecting our belief that good support is about walking alongside people over time. Inspired by real experiences in the neurodiversity, intellectual disability, and developmental support sector, Camino exists to provide safe, reliable support that helps young people grow while strengthening the families around them.

“We offer practical 1:1 support for young people with neurodiversity, intellectual disability, or developmental support needs, helping them build confidence, stay safe, and feel supported alongside their families”.
